Inisiatif ini diwujudkan selaras dengan agenda nasional dan arahan kepimpinan tertinggi bagi membantu memastikan prestasi pembangunan negara di tahap terbaik. Objektif pembangunan Aplikasi Mobile Jom Pantau adalah untuk:
Jom Pantau menggabungkan empat (4) modul iaitu Modul Pendaftaran, Modul Maklum Balas Baru, Modul Status Maklum Balas dan Modul Profil Pengguna. Penerangan dan fungsi modul-modul tersebut adalah seperti berikut:
i. Modul Pendaftaran

iii. Modul Senarai Maklum Balas
iv. Modul Profile Pengguna

This initiative was created in line with the national agenda and the direction of the highest leadership to help ensure the country's development performance at the best level. The objectives of the development of the Let's Monitor Mobile Application are to:
To enable the public to provide feedback on the implementation of physical development projects implemented by the Government through mobile devices.
Helping JPM ICU identified projects that face problems through the 'crowd sourcing method of mobile applications'. Enables management to monitor the status of feedback and actions that have been implemented easily and quickly.
'Jom Pantau' combines four (4) modules, namely Registration Module, New Feedback Module, Feedback Status Module and User Profile Module. The descriptions and functions of these modules are as follows:
i. Registration Module
To register information of users / complainants / members of the public who will provide feedback on Government physical projects that are problematic found.
The same user registration is only once and the information that needs to be entered is the user's username, email and phone number.
Users will use the registration information to log into Jom Pantau by entering the email information and phone number for confirmation before reporting the problem.
User registration is important to enable agency monitoring officers to obtain more information on a feedback submitted (if required) with the complainant and also to ensure the validity of the feedback provided.
ii. New Feedback Module
To record feedback or complaints about problematic physical projects found.
New feedback can be submitted anytime and anywhere
For each feedback submitted, the information that needs to be filled is the state, district, project name, location, feedback notes and two (2) pictures taken to be used as information to the feedback to be given.
The project location (coordinates) will automatically be taken directly to the reporter's position.
Once the feedback is implemented, this mobile application will generate a report number for each feedback implemented.
iii. Feedback List Module
To enable users / complainants / the public to review the Government's physical project feedback history that has been submitted by consumers.
The details of the information displayed are the project coordinate location, state, district, project name, location, feedback notes and two (2) pictures that were taken during the reporting.
iv. User Profile Module
